Is this a writing internship or a technical one?
Both. Half the work is writing answer-first pages and reviewing agent output. The other half is structured data, page performance, content agent configuration and analytics.
Winter Internships
The Growth Automation Intern works on search and AI visibility for real clients: answer-first pages, structured data, content agents and the measurement that shows what gets ranked and cited. You work with the team that runs each growth program.
Research the questions a client's buyers ask and map them to pages.
Write and structure answer-first pages with FAQ and service schema.
Configure content agents that create and publish on a schedule, and review what they produce.
Track rankings, citations and traffic, and report what the numbers mean.
You have ranked something, grown a newsletter or an audience, or run a content system, and can show the numbers.
You can write a plain sentence that answers a question in the first line.
You are curious about how AI assistants choose their sources.
Email hello@automagic.agency with the role in the subject line, a few lines on what you have built or automated, and links to anything we can look at. Applications are reviewed as they arrive. Compensation and schedule are discussed in the first conversation.

Generative engine optimization is making a client's pages the sources AI assistants cite. It is a core part of every Automagic growth program, so interns learn it on live work.
Pages you helped build and the measured results behind them, a content system you configured, and references from the team you worked with.
